A multi-purpose National Rule primer offering the functionality of ‘3 products in 1’ - primer filler, primer surfacer and primer sealer. Versatile enough for a range of applications, from spot repairs to full panel applications. Use with SYSTEM 20 National Rule Hardeners.

• Excellent build and surface leveling properties
• Easy to sand wet or dry
• Can be applied direct to metal, over most plastics and over unsanded E-Coat, aluminum and galvanized
• Tintable with up to 10% with urethane mixing base
